Hi, I´m having a small issue with a faceplate I´m working on. The nature of the faceplate is that it is normally hidden, which didn´t give me any problems. The problem arose when a part of the faceplate had to change colours depending on status (Green for running, red for alarm, yellow for inactive and purple outline for manual). To do this i have created the symbol in all those colours and layered them on top of each other so when the right bit is active the right colour is shown (I can´t just change the colour after tag value since I get the 3 different bits, Drift, State and Alarm).

Further more i created a script to tell me when the faceplate is visible and those bits are active the right colour is visible and that works.

What doens´t work for me is updating the faceplate, since I have the faceplates layered on top of each other the coloures are still shown regardless if the rest of the faceplate is hidden.

Does anyone have any idea of what I can do to update the faceplate?
