I have a scada system (step,wincc v7.x) consisting of :

-1 Engineer station

-two operator station

-1 server station

I have the following questions:

-Is there a way to switch from the scada system to a DCS solution (PCS7 v7/v8.x) without redeveloping the whole solution?

-If so what would be the licences to add/update?

-A redundancy operation of this server is also required, what would be the licenses and procedure to follow for this without stopping the master server?
